The Healing Shelf is designed to be clear and fair in all financial matters. This policy explains when refunds are available and when they are not. We encourage reading this page before purchasing.
Physical book purchases
The physical book The Cost of Healing is a printed product. Refunds for the book are handled as follows:
– If the book has not yet been shipped, a refund may be requested.
– If the book has already been shipped, refunds are not available.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable once shipment has occurred.
– If a book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
Subscription payments
Subscription access is digital and begins immediately after purchase. For subscriptions:
– Payments already processed are not refundable.
– Canceling a subscription stops future charges.
– Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
– There are no penalties for canceling.
Included access with book
When a book purchase includes one month of platform access:
– The access is provided immediately.
– This access is optional and not required to be used.
– The included access does not change the refund policy for the book itself.
Failed payments & charges
If a payment fails or a charge cannot be processed:
– You will be notified by email.
– No refund is required, as no successful charge occurred.
– Access may be paused until payment is resolved.
